Nikes recent campaign for their up and coming Mercurial Vapor Superfly II football boots definitely caught my eye. Not only does it capture wonderful graphic design, created by the amazing Sølve Sundsbø, it also masters animation techniques, special effects and 3D modeling, created by the French motion graphic master duo GKaster. I am in love with everything they have produced for this campaign. It is so intricate and detailed, so many angles with perfect composition. This image and video obviously advertises this boot in the best way possible and to an athlete it would say more to them then actual words. I could talk forever about the actual boot and its brilliant spec, but really im posting this for the design aspect and animation.
